EXTRA-72424 - USA (Alexandria, Virginia) - Operation of Senior Congregate Programs Service - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide operation of senior congregate programs service to the government authority located in Alexandria, VA.       – The competitive negotiation process to establish a contract for the provision of services to coordinate and manage activities and programming and serve meals to the participants of the two senior centers, as described.  – Equipment, including tables and chairs for meals and other programs, which are sturdy and appropriate for older persons.– Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated receptacles and ensure receptacles are clean and lined as needed.– Those meals are made by the separately contracted food service contractor, strong fit meals, LLC dba healthy fresh meals.– Provides door–to–door transportation to both Senior Centers and transportation for scheduled field trips or shopping excursions.– Remove all food debris, spills, and waste.– Separate sinks for hand washing and food service.– This includes all equipment necessary to maintain proper food temperatures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for two years.           (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.
