(1) Vendor needs to provide finance corporation general counsel service to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. • Provide legal support and assistance as requested with regard to the maintenance of the corporation’s good legal standing and tax–exempt status, including state and federal law filings, as needed; assistance with annual meetings, maintenance of corporate minutes and records; and research questions, as needed.• Render such opinions with respect to the bonds, in such form and subject to such exceptions, qualifications and limitations as are typically used in legal opinions for similar financings and are reasonably acceptable to the city attorney.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
