(1) Vendor needs to provide immigration legal services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Provide immigration legal information and services to low–income residents, including brief consultation and full legal representation. – Legal services in removal (deportation) defense cases, including access to immigration advice, pro se materials, referrals, consultation and full representation in deportation defense cases including asylum, withholding and cancellation of removal cases and services on appeal to the board of immigration appeals.– Including in–person and virtual, that ensure that residents receive timey and high–quality legal information and services, including screening, brief service, and full representation.– Offer immigration legal representation services and are expected to support efforts to develop strategies to expand systemwide capacity in the delivery of immigration legal services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
