SURG-5753 - USA (Riverside, California) - Parental DNA Testing Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parental DNA testing services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Provide standard genetic Parental DNA testing and motherless case DNA parentage testing to referred clients.– Perform DNA Parental Testing through buccal swab collection by a sample collections specialist, or actual blood draw by a certified/licensed phlebotomist, in cases where a buccal swab is not possible.– Have the ability to collect samples at sites, including, but not limited to, correctional facilities, and other locations nationwide as needed.– Provide a reasonable turnaround time frame to deliver results not to exceed ten business days from collection from alleged parent or relative and child.– Have an online system that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and that data is protected on the website to guarantee confidentiality.– Provide Monthly reports digitally sorted by client’s name, summarizing the number of test samples collected, number of tests resulting in exclusions, number of incomplete tests, and number of recollection of sample/specimens.– Provide training to staff to perform on demand collections when needed. In addition, provide all items need to complete on demand collection to include but not limited to testing kits, camera, film, paperwork, prepaid overnight shipping envelopes, etc. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
