(1) Vendor needs to provide police chief assessment consultant service to the government authority located in Albany, GA. – Provide and administer candidate–assessment services for individuals under consideration for the position of police chief.– Provide a structured, job–related, fair, consistent, and professionally administered evaluation of leadership, judgment, communication, community engagement, ethical decision–making, and executive–command readiness.– Assessment planning and coordination.– Candidate assessment administration.– Coring, reporting, and debriefing.– Assessor qualifications and conflict–of–interest disclosures.– Records, confidentiality, and assessment materials.– Post–assessment debriefing with designated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.
