Vendor needs to provide electronic security systems upgrade services to the government authority located in Dillingham, AK.– qualified companies to replace its existing access control and video security systems with a modern, integrated electronic security platform.– Direction is a Genetec or equivalent solution that provides unified access control and video security workflows.– Provide all software, licensing, hardware (as applicable), professional services, configuration, migration, integration, testing, training, and support necessary to deliver a fully functional, production–ready system.– All major project phases, milestones, dependencies, and anticipated durations, including project kick–off, equipment procurement, installation or configuration, migration, cutover, testing, training, punch list correction, substantial completion, final acceptance, and project closeout.– Planning and coordination:– Migration plan: Provide a detailed transition plan and data validation method to ensure all information moves to the new system without errors.– Rollback plan: Include a fallback plan to safely revert to the original system if issues arise during the go–live phase.– Video security:– Operational status: Cameras are used primarily as a post–incident investigative tool.– Maximum downtime: No individual camera shall be offline for more than 24 hours during the migration process.
