(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale, online and onsite reservation system.• The system must streamline daily operations, improve customer experience, enhance financial accountability, and support departmental reporting needs.• Agency is seeking firms with demonstrated experience implementing and supporting POS,reservation, registration, and recreation management systems for organizations withoperations similar in size, volume, and complexity.• The new solution must support online registrations, online reservations, and onlinepayment processing.• The solution shall supporst online reservations and online payment processing, including allowing patrons to make and pay for reservations of various unit types online, with the top priorities being courts and picnic shelters• The solution will also need to have a mechanism for application submission for special eventsand other permits.• Most activities, registrations and reservations are fee–based, with varying rates based on factors such as in/ out of county residency, senior, youth, etc.• The solution will be used to track inventory quantities, sales, adjustments, and the movement of inventory between facilities.• The data extract must include, but is not limited to date, time, item description, amount, payment type. The data extract shall be in a non–proprietary, machine–readable format (e.g., CSV/ SQL dump) and specify whether a data dictionary accompanies the extract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
