(1) Vendor needs to provide open carrier transport services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Transport up to 5 vehicles per trip via open carrier from pickup location to the approved vendor.– Return transport a minimum of 5 vehicles from the approved vendor to a designated location upon completion of upfitting.– Vehicle condition inspection reports at pickup and delivery for both outbound and return transport.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
