(1) Vendor needs to provide drop box transportation services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. • Provide receipt, transportation, and delivery services for clean wood, glass bottles and jars, old corrugated cardboard (occ), residential commingled recyclables, rubble, tires on and off rims, and other material• Provide steel drop box containers compatible with operations and accept and transport steel drop box containers.• Maintain sufficient container inventory, staffing, and transportation capacity to support uninterrupted facility operations.• Provide required reports, contingency plans, and related documentation.• Weigh and document transported materials to the designated processing facilities.Provide transportation services for the following materials: Clean wood; Glass bottles and jars; Commingled recyclables; Rubble; Tires off rims; Tires on rims.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
