(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence enabled system for employee screening XRay machines. – The system will achieve two broad objectives integrate artificial intelligence technologies into current Xray screening capabilities to enhance realtime threat detection, and reduce false positives and improve the efficiency of security personnel.– Provide an artificial intelligence enabled system for employee screening to enhance the existing Xray screening capabilities, which currently includes four machines.– System should be hardware agnostic and capable of fully integrating with any industry standard Xray and CT screening equipment.– Provide a system with dashboard capabilities, analytics features, and the ability to generate basic, advanced, and ad hoc reports, as needed.– Implement continuous monitoring and periodic system including AI model updates to improve accuracy and document all processes.– Provide a system that is able to process data from various technologies in any format deemed necessary, as determined.– Contractor shall ensure that connections are secured utilizing a virtual private network with multifactor authentication.– Install and configure the system on designated Xray screening machines.– Implement a controlled rollout with a pilot phase before full deployment.– Provide onsite and remote support during the initial operational period.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 02, 2026.
