RENTAL-2818 - USA (Frisco, Texas) - Outdoor Holiday Decor Rental Service - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor holiday decor rental service to the government authority located in Frisco, TX. – Rental, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of outdoor holiday décor for the agency. – Provide all labor, equipment, transportation and materials necessary for complete and functional installation and removal, including any needed maintenance during the operational period.– Provide both daytime and nighttime décor and photo opportunities. – Provide all supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for a complete and functional installation this includes cords and cables, light strands, bulbs, lighting accessories, light–clips, photocells/timers, hardware, electrical connections, cable protector ramps, boom lifts, and any additional items required for installation and operation.– Provide all equipment, labor, and supplies necessary for the complete and safe removal of all holiday décor, photo opportunities and lighting.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
