Pest Control Services

Flagler County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive pest control services across various County facilities. The Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform interior and exterior pest control in accordance with County standards. Services must be conducted Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding County‑recognized holidays), with personnel checking in with each facility’s building supervisor prior to service. Facilities must be treated at the prescribed frequency, and failure to service any location will result in a deduction equal to twice the monthly bid amount for that site. Contractor shall provide proof of compliance with Chapter 482, Florida Statutes, including submission of the FDACS Commercial Pest Control Business License number, the name and certification number of the Certified Operator in Charge (COIC), and copies of FDACS-issued technician identification cards for all personnel performing services.
