(1) Vendor needs to provide security system to improve controlled access, staff visibility, and secured entry management while maintaining compatibility with existing access control, video/intercom, fire release, and physical security infrastructure to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Hall Door / Single Door – Existing Access Control Hardware Verification and Required Additions: The existing single door is understood to already have a card reader and an electrified lockset– Lobby Door / Double Door – Access Control and Video Intercom: Contractor shall verify existing door, frame, power, fire release, and access control conditions before installing new equipment. Existing doors and frames shall remain unless Parkland approves modifications in writing.– Nurse Station Remote Release: – All required cabling, raceway, supports, sleeves, labels, and terminations.– IT Security: – The system or solution should be flexible, compatible with standard Role–Based Access Control frameworks and fully compatible with Services.– The system or solution, if integrated with Windows, should not require its services to run as a privileged user (in a domain group such as ‘administrators’) and should not be required to run any services on a domain controller.– All systems and solutions should be supported by the vendor on a 24x7x365 basis with a strong preference for continental county–based service personnel (phone and onsite)
