Description

1. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w celu zawarcia umowy ramowej, określającej warunki dotyczące zamówień publicznych, jakie mogą zostać udzielone w okresie obowiązywania umowy ramowej, których przedmiotem jest dostawa licencji, aktualizacji i usług wsparcia w ramach programu Microsoft Enterprise Agreement lub produktów równoważnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, który może zostać zrealizowany na warunkach określonych w umowie ramowej został określony w Załączniku nr 2 do Wzoru umowy ramowej, który stanowi integralną część Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (zał. nr 1 do SWZ). 3. Zamawiający będzie udzielał Wykonawcy zamówień wykonawczych do Umowy ramowej na podstawie art. 313 ust. 1 Ustawy Pzp.
