(1) Vendor needs to provide sludge handling and disposal services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.– Provide dewatered sludge (biosolids), grit, and screenings hauling, transportation, and disposal services for the City’s wastewater treatment facility.– Treatment Plant: Operates 24 hours, 365 days a year.– Office Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
