(1) Vendor needs to provide water system master plan update service to the government authority located in Tigard, OR.• Update the City’s Water System Master Plan– Perform water system hydraulic modeling– Analyze current and future water system performance and requirements– Prepare Water System Vertical Asset Condition Assessment Report– Prepare 50–Year Seismic Improvement Plan– Facilitate submission of agency Report to agency Services.– Assist with Planning Commission and City Council adoption of updated Water System Master Plan– Prepare a data request and analyze City–provided water system data regarding the existing distribution system, including water mains, pressure zones, control valves, pump stations, and reservoirs– Review supply sources, capacities, and water rights(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
