AUTOMOTIVE TRANSMISSION REPAIR SERVICES

The City of Anaheim, Department Name , (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Project Title on an as-needed basis for its fleet of vehicles. The awarded Contract(s), (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the City and awarded Bidder(s), (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the solicitation terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits. Bidders may submit partial bids according to the types of services they can provide. City may choose to make multiple awards based on bid prices and corresponding types of services. Vendor must have and maintain a valid Bureau of Automotive Repair ARD (Automotive Repair Dealer) License number for the duration of the contract. Bidders must provide locations within a 15-mile radius of 955 S. Melrose St. Anaheim, CA.
