(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party property management agent service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. – Covers financial management, marketing, compliant leasing, physical maintenance, and personnel, with performance metrics targeting 95% occupancy and high agency cores.– Facilitate the execution of leases, rental agreements, amendments, renewals, and cancellations with existing tenants and future tenants and collect monthly rent payments;– Recertifications and available unit rule conduct annual income recertifications, collect utility releases, enforce lease terms, and issue 30–day notices for rent adjustments or non–renewals;(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
