(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual refresh service to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK. • Refresh the audio–visual technology equipment at campus in the Learning Labs, Gross Anatomy Lab, and Skills Lab, as well as upgrade the public conference rooms.• Swap out all displays and the receivers located behind them.• Swap out all cameras• Un–install legacy equipment and place it in the designated building storage room.• Record serial numbers, addresses, and physical locations of all vendor installed equipment in a digital format.• Replace 16 displays and their associated receivers• Cabling runs directly back into the data center.
