Vendor needs to provide financial management and fund accounting system.– Solution that eliminates manual processes through automation wherever possible, improves internal controls, provides real–time self–service reporting to staff and leadership, reduces time to close, provides routine business insights, and integrates cleanly with the surrounding systems– Replace Abila MIP with a supported, cloud–hosted fund accounting platform, migrating historical detail and open items. – Automate today's manual processes — including cash projections, DRF routing, W–9/ACH collection, award payments, and field–unit reporting. – Strengthen internal controls and payment–fraud safeguards, and improve segregation of duties and audit readiness. – Deliver real–time, self–service reporting and automated dashboards to finance staff, program staff, senior leadership, and the Board. – Integrate reliably with Impexium, NeMo, PayPal, BluePay, bank and credit–card feeds, the investment–fund custodian, and payroll. – Provide transparent, predictable pricing that scales with agency user model and field–unit structure.
