(1) Vendor needs to provide open education resources accessibility support service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide comprehensive subject matter expertise and to provide accessibility–related support on an as needed basis. – Provide proactive and effective project management and communication with agency and instructional materials vendors related to milestones for the accessibility work. • Project plans:– Developing, updating, and revising accessibility project plans by product and workstream.– Defining and tracking key performance indicators related to accessibility review, remediation progress, and compliance outcomes.• Accessibility review rubrics and tools, including:– Developing, maintaining, and reconciling accessibility review rubrics, checklists, and testing protocols.– Producing training materials and guidance for accessibility to ensure alignment with agency’s standards to support multiple workstreams in the application of accessibility requirements.• Review materials with clear and actionable annotations and completed rubrics, including:– Accessibility reviews with clear, actionable annotations and completed accessibility rubrics or checklists– Support for multiple review rounds and parallel workstreams across products and development stages• Accessibility standards analysis and reporting, including:– Summarizing accessibility audit findings, including identification of compliance status, common issues, and remediation priorities.– Compiling and analyzing accessibility coverage and gaps within products and across grade levels and formats.• Accessibility process analysis, including:– Summary analysis of current–state agency accessibility review and compliance requirements as they relate to High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) and Open Education Resources (OER) instructional materials(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
