(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in St. El Paso, TX.• Scrub and scour tile walls from top to bottom of cove base.• Degrease and clean metal wheels and legs from griddle flat top, metal table, fryer, food warmers and fridge.• Clean and sanitize hand washing sinks.• Top scrub quarry tile and grout joints.• Wipe down and clean metal swinging door and hinges.• Move soap buckets and clean underneath dishwasher sink.• Clean and sanitize metal hand washing sink inside and out.• Clean underneath and around cooler in dry storage room.• Clean and disinfect toilet and water flush valve.• Wipe down all signs posted on walls.• Spot clean waste cans.• Interior and Exterior of windows and doors on first floor level.• Dust and wipe down hard surfaces(2) The contract period will be for one year.
