(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design, production and installation services.• The city requires the services of a qualified contractor for the provision of graphic design, production, and installation services for various municipal vehicles, on an as needed basis. Design services are required for both specialized vehicles and standard fleet graphics. Redesign services may also be needed when vehicle body styles change. • The city may, on occasion, elect to purchase the copyright for designs produced. Such a purchase would need to include electronic files associated with the graphic design, including a standard image, cut file, and design files. • Special graphics packages, such as vinyl wraps, may be requested over the course of the contract and shall be quoted on a case–by–case basis. (2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
