Dämmung: Ca. 170 m² - Dachflächen Trapezblech mit Bitumendichtungsbahnen, einschl. Dämmung: Ca. 600 m² - Gesamte Dachflächen: Ca. 770 m² - Betonplattenbelag für Wartungsarbeiten: Ca. 17 m² - Betonplattenbelag für Balkone / Loggien / Terrassen: Ca. 15 m² - Attikaabdeckung aus Aluminium: Ca. 170 m Weitere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
