(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning transformation journey partner. – Consulting firms to serve as its Strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a comprehensive, multiyear ERP transformation initiative.– The selected Journey Partner will provide strategic guidance, program–level support, and hands–on execution throughout the multi–year ERP transformation, supporting the County across the Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Budget domains.– To undertake a strategic, enterprise–level transformation to replace and consolidate its current diverse ERP product portfolio into a more modern ERP product landscape.• Replacement of the County’s Human Resources ERP system, including payroll processing and capital asset tracking and depreciation. • Overall ERP transformation strategy • Requirements gathering • ERP product selection • ERP integrator vendor selection • Solution design • Implementation • Data migration / conversion • Testing • Organizational change management • Deployment • Go–Live • Stabilization• Identify and select a qualified Journey Partner to guide County through its ERP transformation. • Secure a firm that can act as an impartial Journey Partner, providing strategic guidance and execution oversight throughout the ERP transformation. • Obtain detailed proposals outlining the Respondents’ approach, methodologies, staffing, governance models and pricing. • Evaluate demonstrated experience and success with ERP data conversions, integration and platform migrations initiatives. • Assess the Respondents track in providing effective program governance, risk management, and benefits realization throughout complex ERP Implementations. • Evaluate experience with HCM modules across recruitment, HRIS core, benefits, learning, payroll, talent management, employee relations, finance and budget related ERP implementations(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
