(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise file storage digitization and pega platform. • Development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of the Enterprise File Storage (EFS) Digitization/Pega Platform.• Provide a Development Organization chart depicting software development roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Senior/Junior Developer, and Tester• New workflow initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery, stakeholder engagement, iterative enhancements, and a phased knowledge and ownership transfer.• Develop/maintain FAQs and self–help tools for users on website.• Capture, maintain and track all outstanding issues and action items.• Rapid delivery of a fully functional, compliant MVP using the Pega platform.• Provide, maintain, and upgrade software components necessary for delivery of the required capabilities in accordance with all applicable IRS and Federal policies, guidelines, and directives• Provide Application Architecture guidance and adhere to development• standards for no–code/low–code platform.• Provide User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) templates for the platform/application to ensure consistency with IRS UI/UX standards and template/control reuse.• Translate business capabilities into Pega case types, workflows, roles, and reusable components, including handling current workarounds• Incorporate Pega AI capabilities, including Document AI for automated case summarization, Knowledge Buddy for real–time employee guidance, and AI powered chatbots for taxpayer interaction
