CLEANING-12787 - USA (Hanover, Virginia) - Carpet Cleaning Service - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide carpet cleaning service to the government authority located in Hanover, VA.• The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies, etc. as required, utilizing truck mounted power head units and a low moisture carbonated 100% natural solution on an as needed basis.• Cleaning Crew Removal: The County reserves the right to request the removal of any of the Contractor's staff from a building at any time for reasonable cause• Opening any drawers, cabinets, files, etc., or reading or removing any letters, documents, etc. even if such item was disposed of in trash containers• Staff stealing or conducting outside businesses activities while on campus via cell phone or other means• Dumping or disposal of mop water or chemicals on landscaping, grass, parking lots or other outdoor areas• Throwing cigarette butts on ground• Repeated behavior of leaving doors unlocked buildings unsecured, leaving work unfinished, arriving late or leaving early• Throwing cigarette butts on ground(2) The contract period will be for one year.
