(1) Vendor needs to provide spray–on protective coating application and repair services to the government authority located in Alameda, CA.– The proposed coating shall, at minimum, meet the following requirements:• Two–component formulation• 100% solids• Mix ratio of approximately 1:1 by volume• Suitable for high–pressure spray application• Suitable for application to properly prepared metal and other compatible substrates• Capable of forming a durable, continuous protective surface• Provide chemical and moisture protection• Minimum tensile strength of 1,800 psi (pounds per square inch), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) D412• Minimum tear strength of 390 lbs./in., ASTM D624• Minimum elongation of 90%, ASTM D412• Minimum hardness of Shore D 49, ASTM D2240• Maximum Taber abrasion loss of 25 mg per 1,000 cycles, ASTM D4060, CS–17 wheel with 1,000–gram load• Chip resistance rating of 10, ASTM D3170• Pass FMVSS 302 for flammability of interior materials(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
