Real Estate Brokerage Services

The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced and licensed firms to provide real estate brokerage services for the City Administrator's office, to provide professional services related to real property owned by the City. The selected firm will be responsible for assisting the City Administrator's staff with brokerage services, to include: providing advice regarding property valuation; listing services for surplus properties owned by the City; listing services for the City Centre Garage Retail Spaces; strategic planning and facilitation of negotiations associated with property disposal; and overseeing the escrow and closing for any such sale of surplus properties.
