(1) Vendor needs to provide plan of conservation and development service to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT.   – Establish a project management plan, including a communication plan, timeline, and roles and responsibilities.     – Update and analyze all relevant data, including data related to general demographics, land use, housing, economics, tourism, facilities, transportation, historic resources, environment, utilities, and similar information.– Create data for use in the geographic information system (GIS), including current and future land use data.– Design and implement a comprehensive, multi–faceted community engagement strategy.– Community engagement and stakeholder involvement.– Compliance with state laws and best practices.– Data collection and analysis.– Implementation strategy.– Integration with a related long–range municipal and regional plans.– Alignment with comprehensive zoning code update.– Improvements to document usability and management.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
