(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate commissary, trust accounting, banking and related technology services to the government authority located in Laconia, NH.– Provide comprehensive inmate commissary, inmate trust accounting, banking, ordering, fulfillment, deposit, and related technology services.– Average Daily Population: Approximately 80–90 inmates. – Rated Capacity: Approximately 129 inmates. – Annual Bookings: Approximately 1,100–1,300. – Weekly commissary ordering. – Electronic inmate account management. – Electronic kiosk and deposit capabilities. – Secure package and holiday package services, where applicable. – Encouraged to request clarification on population, transaction volume, current product sales, and account activity before submitting a proposal.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
