(1) Vendor needs to provide gambling blocking services to the government authority located in Ohio.– The service will support harm prevention, recovery, and responsible play efforts by empowering users to control access to gambling activities.• Block access to new and current gambling websites, applications, and services on a continuous basis. • Provide the ability for individual participants to configure blocked gambling content and duration periods during sign up. • Support voluntary self–exclusion and recovery–oriented behaviour. • Operate across multiple devices and platforms. • Complement existing responsible gambling, prevention,• Provide for reliable, tamper–resistant blocking controls. • Protect user privacy and information. – Responsible for the following service components: – Functionality. – Device Compatibility. – User Experience and Accessibility. – Administration and Management Tools. – Participant information protection. – Integration and Collaboration. – Testing and Quality Assurance. (2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
