(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for buildings and restrooms to the government authority located in Prosser, WA. – Services include general cleaning, disinfection, restocking, waste removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and periodic floor maintenance.– Janitorial services shall be performed Monday through Friday between 0730 and 1430, excluding federal holidays and facility closures.• Perform Once per Week:– Check and resupply paper towels.– Remove visible cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and entries.– Clean chairs at tables in the multipurpose room.– Clean tables in the multipurpose room.– Dust mop and/or sweep floors.– Mop floors with a neutral cleaner.– Clean sinks and counters in the lunchroom.• Perform Monthly:– Dust and clean interior window sills.– Dust tops of appliances.– Dust or vacuum window coverings.– Spot clean walls and doors.– Dust vents.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
