Seattle City Light (SCL) invites qualified organizations to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) to help shape future solicitations for midstream and downstream program delivery, as well as trade ally engagement. The purpose of this RFI is to gather insights, capabilities, and innovative approaches from potential implementers to support SCL’s strategic goals: managing load growth, delivering energy savings, and reducing energy burdens. Respondents are encouraged to provide information on program delivery models, market engagement strategies, data management capabilities, and equity-centered approaches.
