CC-3883 - USA (Virginia) - RFI for Medical Advisory, Medical Directed Transportation Services and 24x7x365 Call Centre - Sources Sought - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical advisory, medical directed transportation services and 24x7x365 call centre.– Perform medical advisory services and medical directed transportation services in all of MSC’s Area Commands worldwide, including international capabilities. – The call centre shall be available twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365/366 days a year to provide medical advice. – Provide a call centre staffed with appropriately trained medical professionals supervised by a licensed physician who use clinical algorithms to evaluate medical complaints and advise callers on their best course of action. – System shall be used to address all clinical calls and guide transfer of the case to a licensed physician with a higher level of training and expertise, when necessary. – Provide translated medical records and real–time telephonic translation services for patients in local hospitals. – Provide resources to clinically manage the full range of medical care issues from very serious illness/injuries to routine post–traumatic medical cases including behavioral health conditions. – Medical Officer shall collaborate when securing admission to either a local medical facility or a military medical treatment facility. – Emergent medical directed transportation services shall not be delayed awaiting approval. – These services must be available twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365/366 days per year.
