(1) Vendor needs to provide technical library management services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. • Provide administrative, data management and technical support for the Technical Library. • Utilize the Virtual Technical Library (VTL), an electronic repository and management system for technical manuals, drawings, engineering designs, engineering and technical references• Manage and maintain all technical library records to include receiving, cataloging, filing and redistribution within the available library space.• Scanning and converting of original drawings, technical manuals, files, records, and other documentation will be performed as requested.• Scanning, printing or other document reproduction will be based on customer request.• Duplicating and transferring of new drawings and updates performed by engineering technician. • Develop and maintain, at a minimum of an annual basis a Process Instruction for all library operations• Provide lamination support of small and large format drawings or other documents.• Search technical library information to retrieve reference data, drawings, manuals, and designs for the development of work packages.• Verify the referenced technical records (drawings and manuals) are the correct version for the ship availabilityDuplicate the availability work package via hardcopy or digital as requested
