(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services for city–wide engineer classifications to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.– Conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study of the city’s engineering classifications.– Evaluate the city’s current classification structure, job duties, internal salary relationships, and external market competitiveness; recommend appropriate classification and compensation structures; and develop updated, equitable, competitive, and sustainable classification and compensation recommendations for the positions under review.– Research and recommend survey parameters including survey agencies, survey classifications and data elements to be collected and analyzed.– Collect and analyze salary and benefit data, ensuring quality control and data integrity.– Complete an internal salary relationship analysis, including recommendations for internal equity– Develop externally competitive and internally equitable salary recommendations for each classification.– Perform detailed job analysis of each position.– Identification and verification of ADA essential job functions for each classification.– Development of a classification structure for the positions under review that reflects the City's current and future human resources needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
