(1) Vendor needs to provide biometric booking and mobile identification equipment supplies to the government authority located in Alabama.– Provide two (2) complete, fully integrated desktop biometric booking and identification stations for the intake and booking areas.– Each station shall include a tenprint and palm print capture device.– The capture software shall perform automated image quality assurance, including quality scoring of each impression, finger sequence checking, slap–to–roll comparison, and automatic promptingof the operator to rescan impressions that fail quality or sequence checks.– Each station shall include a digital mugshot camera and capture software capable of producing front and profile facial images.– Each station shall be capable of capturing scars, marks, and tattoos (SMT) images and electronic signatures.– Software shall allow entry of demographic booking data and shall assemble demographic data, fingerprints, palm prints, facial images, iris images, and SMT images into a single booking record and transaction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
