Legal Services for Insulin Litigation

Alachua County seeks to retain the services of a law firm or consortium of law firms to act as Special Counsel to provide legal representation to Alachua County in connection with an investigation and potential litigation involving the pharmaceutical companies and pharmacy benefit managers allegedly engaging in unlawful, deceptive, and unfair business practices to artificially inflate insulin prices which have impacted Alachua County.
