Vendor needs to provide hospital fire suppression services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY.– Preparation of an analysis of the following factors: Clinical requirements; environmental influences; availability, relocation, provision and extension of all utilities; local building practices; time schedules for all phases of the project; budget and cost forecasts; pedestrian access and egress patterns.– Preparation of an analysis of the area.– Preparation of diagrammatic studies of the project showing, in the case of a project involving a structure, the utilities and other structures.– Schematic design:– Preparation of a schematic design, including all possible options, which will meet the program.– Design development:– Development of phasing as required to maintain services as required.– Development and coordination of the path of travel through the building.
