(1) Vendor needs to provide parks bicycle rental services to the government authority located in Montpelier, Vt.– Provide a fleet of bicycles for State Park Employees to rent to customers. – The mission of the bike rental operation is to promote the bicycle as a means of transportation andrecreation for all park visitors.– Package shall include bicycle fleet, helmets, and basic tools for light preventative maintenance.• Provide basic bike maintenance training to park staff.• Provide a rental fleet maintenance overhaul two times per season.• Provide a full overhaul of bicycles during each off–season.• Develop a storage plan in conjunction with State.
