(1) Vendor needs to provide prepress production, printing, and mass mailing services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.• Services will include the production of a wide range of materials such as promotional items, high–volume mailers, envelopes and stationery, wide–format signage, and other specialty print projects. – Vendors must have the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict turnaround times, and deliver products of high commercial quality• Vendors are required to provide digital proofs or physical samples for approval prior to production and must ensure all artwork meets specified resolution standards.• The city expects vendors to maintain flexibility in meeting time–sensitive deadlines,including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.• The following range of products and services, which include but may not be limited to:i.
