(1) Vendor needs to provide fisheries and conservation aquaculture operations development and data management system support services to the government authority located in WA. – Develop and expand database tools and functionality to improve current performance of the spawning matrix tool, enhance monitoring and tracking of spawned progeny by family group, and monitor growth and survival of offspring through key life stages while at the hatchery. • Database maintenance:– Provide ongoing database maintenance and support.– This will include maintaining the existing database functionality, updating existing tools where necessary, debugging functionality issues, supporting the uploading of future datasets, and leading periodic data QA/QC processes.– This task will include all database maintenance activities related to background software updates and security.• Spawning matrix and database development:– Manage post–spawning data for agency.• Design and add features to support monitoring of offspring:– Develop the data requirements and additional features in the existing software that allows incorporation of future demographic (abundance, density, distribution, growth, and survival) and genetic analysis datasets.• Develop data analysis tools for downloaded datasets:– Develop tools to assist with data analysis, performance evaluation, data reporting, and data sharing with partner agencies.• Develop training and operational support tools for agency staff:– Develop training opportunities and ensure that all primary users of the database and spawning matrix tool are able to successfully navigate the database, upload/download datasets, make use of the spawning matrix tool, employ data analysis and reporting tools developed by the consultant.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
