Description

New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of Loop Ground Storage Tank (“GST”) Improvements (the “Project”). The Project has been designed by Freese and Nichols, Inc. The Project is anticipated to include some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) demolition of existing Loop 337 GST pump station facilities; (ii) installation of pumps, motors, valves, flow meter, electrical improvements, SCADA, instrumentation controls, security controls, Variable Frequency Drives (“VFDs”), and electrical building; (iii) storm water pollution prevention; (iv) installation of fencing and gates; (v) site grading; (vi) retaining wall; (vii) restoration; and (viii) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
