(1) Vendor needs to provide copier fleet management and maintenance services to the government authority located in Rome, GA. – Provide comprehensive copier fleet management, maintenance, supplies, technical support, and related services for the agency’s copier and multifunction printer equipment.• Provide service, maintenance, and repair for the copier and multifunction printer models identified by the Authority, or for the equipment configuration proposed by the vendor.• Support the equipment brands in the Authority’s current fleet, including HP, Sharp, Xerox, Konica Minolta, and Canon, or explain how the proposed solution would service, replace, or consolidate that equipment.• Perform preventive maintenance and break/fix support to minimize equipment downtime.• Provide toner, parts, drums, staples, and other required consumables, as applicable to the proposed service model.• Provide remote troubleshooting and on–site technical support when remote resolution is not sufficient.• Maintain a service ticketing process that documents service requests, response times, resolution times, parts used, and follow–up actions.• Provide fleet reporting, usage tracking, meter collection, service history, and recommendations for right–sizing, replacement, or efficiency improvements.• Assign a single point of contact for account management, service coordination, billing questions, and escalation of unresolved service issues.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
