(1) Vendor needs to provide managed cybersecurity service to the government authority located in Brunswick, NC.o Cloud–based, fully outsourced, SIEM solution including rule writing, report generation, alert generation, and incident workflow.o Correlation rule development, maintenance, and tuning.o Threat intelligence feed integration, ingestion, parsing, and policy configurations.o Investigation of alerts, configuration of incident workflows, notifications, and solution orchestration– Security Operation Center (SOC)▪ Provide, manage, support, and operate a 24x7x365, Security Operation Center to fully monitor and manage the SIEM solution▪ Provide regular guidance and recommendations to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.– Managed Detection and Response (MDR)▪ Provide Unified Attack Chain 24x7x365 continuous threat monitoring and detect, deny, disrupt, degrade, deceive, and contain threats in conjunction with Information Technology staff.– Vulnerability Scanning and External Pen Testing▪ Provide a vulnerability scanning solution (Qualys preferred) for the purposes of regular internal scanning of endpoints.– Software Updates (Patching)▪ Provide a software update (patching) solution (Ninja One preferred) to identify and distribute software updates and patches to internal and external endpoints.
