The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Bus Transportation for DHS Shelter Clients (PIN: 25BSEDD03801/EPIN: 07126B0003). This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal on Monday, July 6, 2026.
