(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition services to the government authority located in Torrington, CT.– Provide all–inclusive demolition and site clearance services for a single–family residential property.– Pre–demolition preparation:– Obtain all necessary municipal demolition permits and inspections.– Conduct asbestos and hazardous materials testing, if required. If hazardous materials are found, provide proof of proper legal abatement and disposal before structural demolition begins.– Ensure that all utilities have been properly disconnected, capped, and sealed in accordance with all local and state regulations.– Demolition:– Complete mechanical demolition of the entire structure.– Remove all above–grade structures.– Remove foundation and retaining wall.– Site restoration:– Backfill excavation areas with clean fill.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
