(1) Vendor needs to provide fire suppression service to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.• Hydrostatic testing of underground fire department connection piping and the internal inspection of piping on dry pipe systems. Both of these are required at 5–year intervals.• Sprinkler pipe repair/replacement 1“–8“ (Black Pipe, Galvanized, Plastic)• Fire Sprinkler Valve replacement or repair• Sprinkler discharge head replacement all types• Dry Valve Repair/Replacement• Dry System repair/alteration• Dry Sprinkler Head replacement• Wet Sprinkler head replacement• Emergency Service for after–hours repairs as needed• Fire hydrant and underground valve repair/replacement(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
