(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel card services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Fuel card services will consist of managing and providing agency with universal fuel cards that can be used at all major filling stations. – The initial aggregate allowable limit of fuel cards to be provided will be $8,000 per month. – Provide agency with fuel cards that are universally accepted at all major filling stations throughout California.• Universal acceptance• Credit limit: The aggregate total monthly limit for all cards will be $8,000.00.• Authorization of fuel card usage at filling stations.• Invoicing and reporting: Submit monthly statements detailing fuel card usage.• Card designs: The front of the fuel cards must include the name of the agency and contractor’s customer service contact information must appear on the back of the cards.• Customer service: Provide 24–hour service for ordering new cards, reporting lost or stolen cards and request their immediate deactivation, cancelling cards, or reporting problems arising from fueling. • Cash advances: Cards must be blocked from obtaining cash advances from banks, automated teller machines, any location providing such advances, or the purchase of any items from convenience stores at gas stations.• Payment terms: Cards may not be frozen without 30–day written notice to agency.• Services required via internet access:– Online dashboard– Ability to view all vehicles under contract– Customizable by user to reflect most frequently used items(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
